Job Overview

  1. Respond to guest and other department requests promptly. Load supplies into carts and deliver to designated areas. Follow entry and exit procedures and ensure the room is vacant before entering the guest room.

  2. Replace guest amenities and supplies in the guest room. Replace dirty sheets and towels with clean ones. Make beds and fold towels. Clean bathrooms. Remove trash, dirty sheets and room service supplies.

  3. Check that all electrical appliances in the room are complete and functioning properly. Arrange tables, chairs, furniture and appliances. Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furniture. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care (e.g. guest rooms and corridors).

Preferred Qualifications

Education: No high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Related Work Experience: No related work experience.

Management Experience: No management experience.
