Sephora’s scholarship program is designed to empower diverse students, especially students of color, through professional training and education to help them obtain a professional license in beauty. This six-month program provides participants with tuition assistance for beauty and cosmetology schools, internships at Sephora, first-hand industry experience, mentorship, and access to open positions after graduation. After the program is completed, scholarship recipients will also receive ongoing support through alumni networks and resources.
Program Eligibility
For the internship portion of the program, applicants must be able to show proof of authorization to work in the United States and be able to report in person to one of the participating locations. You will identify the store closest to you on your application.
Applicants should have experience working with or supporting a minority group and/or self-identify as a member of a minority group. This includes, but is not limited to, Black, African American, Hispanic/Latino, Asian, or Native American/Indigenous minorities.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate financial need, meet eligibility criteria, and must be approved for financial aid by their current school.
